S/S 2011 : Lanvin Shoes

Lanvin Spring/ Summer 2011 collection come with metal details that look interesting and stylish.Visible screws, uncoated metal and sleek trussing create the foundation for heels. Most of the stilettos feature transparent wedge inserts made of lucite, which is nearly invisible. Something a tad lighter in mood, aside from the leather flats that evoke a gladiator feel, it's got the serious feel but is more feminine to its thicker leather and overall appearance.  

S/S 2011 : Lanvin by Alber Elbaz

 Alber Elbaz loves a wrinkle. So he created a collection for Lanvin Spring 2011 that was a hymn to skin which is wrinkled in Fortuny-like pleating, stretched in all those sheaths. It was a spectacular foundation on which he could lavish increasingly heady colors. From its elegantly taupe-y beginnings, the show spiraled through acid yellow, hot pink, and aqua.He layered on the embellishment with pagan metalwork, climaxing in a gladiator skirt. There's always been that hard edge with him.

Lanvin Spring 2011 campaign goes wild and tough. The photo is in all shades of gorgeous, femininity and cattiness and lensed by Steven Meisel in a 70′s chic house generous on animal-print rugs, shrugs and upholstery, models Iselin Steiro and Kinga Rajzak were captured amidst a feisty catfight.
