| For the YSL Spring 2011, Steafano Pilati’s continued emphasis on the heel as the ultimate decorative location on a shoe, and more designers need to look into doing creative things with the blank canvas of a high wedge. Clearly, much remains to be seen from the collection that will hit stores, but I hope it includes something a little more statement-y than gold Grecian wedges. |
