Glitter Eyes Makeup are back in Spring 2011. On the Giles Deacon Spring/Summer 2011 runway, the glittery eyes were kitsch and over-the-top but we've toned the look down. Glitter made its first re-appearance since the late 90's at London Fashion week, where it began to show up all over the place.
